Get progress on the general Staking pallet system.

Returns information on the progress of key components of the staking system and estimates of future points of interest. Replaces /staking-info from versions < v1.0.0.

Upper bound of validator set size; considered the ideal size. Not included in response when forceEra.isForceNone.

validatorSetarray of string (ss58)

Stash account IDs of the validators for the current session. Not included in response when forceEra.isForceNone.
